Shanghai Huayi Packaging Co., Ltd., founded in Shanghai in 2008, is an enterprise specializing in researching, developing and producing biodegradable and recyclable paper sealing tape, stationery tape and BOPP tape. Its products are exported to the United States, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and other parts of the world. Headquartered in Songjiang Shanghai, the enterprise moved its production base to Nantong, Jiangsu Province in 2018 and established Jiangsu Huaxuan Packaging Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. It is an ecological and environmental protection unit of China Postal Science and technology innovation strategic alliance. For expanding the production of biodegradable tape, the enterprise acquired 55,000 ㎡ of land in Wuhu, Anhui Province in September 2021 and established Anhui Huayi Packaging Co., Ltd. Our biodegradable tape has won the bid of China Post Group, SF, JD, Yunda Express, DHL, FedEx Express and other enterprise standard products of biodegradable sealing tape. 

While developing packaging tape products, the professional R & D team of the enterprise also has the ability to develop production equipment suitable for the product and software with full-automatic production. It has applied for eight national invention patents and international PCT patents. Our biodegradable packaging tape developed in 2020 has been praised by customers and favored by the industry. The e-commerce Department of "Huayi tape" once occupied a considerable market share of online shopping packaging tape and won the star store of Taobao packaging industry for many times. At present, Huayi company is a comprehensive company with design, R & D, mass production and multi-channel sales with manufacturing capacity of 1.2 billion yuan per year.

The enterprise has 8 modern high-speed coating production lines and owns large and medium-sized equipment such as slitting, printing, packaging and glue production. It has high-quality talents and skilled technicians in R & D, production, sales, management, quality inspection and so on. The company's products are exported to the world. In addition to the offline sales in the market, the company has a very mature e-commerce system in Alibaba and Taobao. Alibaba system "Huayi" tape has been selling well in Alibaba. The company sets up various business departments such as tape R & D department, marketing department, packaging department and publicity department to deal with the business needs of different fields and provide professional and personalized products and services for different customer groups.

In the past two years, with the promulgation of the "plastic restriction order" of each province, in order to facilitate the majority of customers and adapt to the market, our R & D team focused on researching and developing of a new biodegradable tape. The first biodegradable tape was successfully tested on June 9, 2020. Under the premise of biodegradation, it retains all the characteristics of the original BOPP tape, and also has the advantages of recyclability, degradability, anti-static temperature resistance, low noise, super transparent, color printing, coloring, unwinding and smooth.

Product integration: recyclable, easily recyclable, biodegradable, oil to water, nature to the earth, low noise, anti-static and other safety concepts! Physical properties: high temperature resistance of about 65 ℃ and low temperature resistance of - 20 ℃. It is suitable for the environment with large temperature difference. It has ideal physical properties of viscosity and tension, easy to tear, environmental protection and no smell. It also has the advantages of writable, extensible, super transparent, color printing, coloring and beautiful design.
