The project is invested and constructed by Shanghai Huayi Packaging Co., LTD., aiming to build an excellent r&d and production base of express degradable adhesive tape. The planned land area is about 80 mu, with a total investment of 200 million yuan, helping the rural revitalization and industrial development of Nanling County.
